Será relançado no dia 25 de setembro o álbum “New York”, de 1989, um dos trabalhos mais emblemáticos de Lou Reed.

Intitulada “New York: Deluxe Edition”, a caixa inclui três CDs, dois LPs e um DVD, bem como um livro de capa dura com notas de David Fricke e ensaios de Don Fleming. Esta edição será lançada pela Rhino em versão remasterizada.

Estão incluídas 26 gravações inéditas, entre as quais versões alternativas de “Dirty Blvd”, “Sweet Jane” (dos Velvet Underground) e “Walk on the Wild Side”.

O DVD inclui um show que Lou Reed realizou no Theatre St. Denis, em Montreal (Canadá), e também uma entrevista em áudio com o músico.
